Excellent service. We needed quick service as no water. Ella responded quickly and Jo was brilliant and charming and sorted us out. Thank you so much and highly recommend!
Outstanding service from Joe. He responded quickly to our emergency, diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and provided excellent advice for avoiding future problems. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber. Thank you!
Joe was fantastic! Came out in the evening and fixed a central heating leak for us. Great communication throughout and super polite. Very happy with the service provided.
Adam was so reassuring. He arrived quickly, was very personable and empathetic to my emergency plumbing nightmare. He was well prepared and very quickly fixed a leaking shower tray. Hero.
Excellent service - Adam was very professional, arrived quickly, and explained everything clearly whenever I asked. He was able to fix the issue (just a leaky pipe needing a big wrench to tighten it) very quickly.
I was incredibly relieved to have Adam come out so promptly after a stressful day of leakages and devices not working. He arrived exactly when he said he would only an hour after making the call (on a weekend, 5 days before Christmas I might add), worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done, and performed thorough checks. He even took the time to show me things to look out for and checked my other pipes. An absolute hero to anyone who’s stressed out with plumbing issues.
Adam was fantastic - he arrived within 30 mins and fixed my boiler in record time, all with a super friendly and kind attitude. Very much appreciative for helping me out on a cold Scottish evening! Definitely recommend.
