After searching Google and speaking to several leak detection companies, I decided to contact 247 Rapid Response as they came across as the most knowledgeable and experienced from the very first phone call. Within hours of calling for an emergency plumber they arrived, the company gave me an hourly rate to which I was concerned to how long my job would take however my boiler was repaired and hot water back in action at my flat within 10mins! I didn't know if it was gas or water issue, but the engineer diagnosed and resolved everything within! Massive props to the team, and Mr 247 in particular!

Our toilet was blocked and we needed to resolve the issue urgently. The service was incredible. They answered the phone immediately. Gave me a lot of information up front. Arrived very quickly, within an hour or so. Assessed the issue and gave me some options with pricing, so they were very transparent from minute one. They resolved the issues and put everything back how it was. Professional, courteous and tidy. I would use Baz again in a heartbeat.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The work was carried out late at night in my own home, and throughout the process I did not feel safe or comfortable. Having contractors in your residence after hours requires a high level of professionalism and reassurance, and unfortunately that was not my experience. There was a lack of clear communication about the work being done and the costs involved. I felt pressured regarding additional charges that were not clearly outlined beforehand, which made the situation even more stressful. As a homeowner, I expect transparency, clear pricing, and respectful conduct — especially when someone is working inside my home. Sadly, this experience fell well below those expectations. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company ensure that all pricing, scope of work, and timing are agreed clearly in writing before any work begins.

I'd recommend this company to anyone, and I'll certainly be using them again if needed. I had a different company initially assess my issue but I didn't feel comfortable with what they were saying (they wanted to rip my walls out to access the gas pipes) so called 247 for a second opinion. Abs (hopefully spelt correctly) was far more professional, talked me through exactly what he was doing and want the cost would be. He stayed until 11.30pm just to get the issue resolved. I was so stressed about it as it was a gas leak and he was excellent.
