Bishops Plumbers Brighton

Bishops Plumbers Brighton was established in 2007 and has over 15 years of industry experience. The company, founded by Sam, employs over 20 highly skilled professionals and Gas Safe registered engineers. It serves Brighton, Hove, and the wider Sussex region. Services include plumbing repairs and maintenance, boiler installations and repairs, central heating installations and servicing, radiator installation and maintenance, bathroom plumbing installations, drainage services and pipe repairs, and small plumbing jobs and emergency repairs.

Larger projects such as a complete bathroom refit, alongside smaller repairs including tap washer replacements and a faulty kitchen tap unit, feature among the jobs customers describe around Brighton. The team is portrayed as responsive and well organised, with a dedicated office function handling enquiries, quotes and follow-up emails in a way that customers call honest and fast. Lex is named often for a polite, efficient and cheerful approach, arriving ready to work and getting through the task without fuss.

The standard of finish on installations and repairs is a theme that recurs, with work described as thorough and carefully done. Reliability and flexibility also come up frequently, and staff are characterised as friendly and straightforward to deal with. One emergency boiler call-out was reportedly attended the same evening, with the situation handled calmly and followed up afterwards. Customers note that booking is simple and that a message confirms the plumber's arrival. Tidiness, sensible costs and a willingness to correct a concern when raised are mentioned too, whether the job is a minor repair or a full installation.
