The Bishops team are reliable, flexible, do good work and are easy to deal with. I would recommend them.

The plumber Lex was good, however the manager Kevin was not. Despite repeated requests not to phone but email he kept calling in really awkward times when it was totally unesssecary nor did he explain the job to Lex. Lex said had he been told the full details he would have brought the necessary part with him instead of having to charge me another hour to go and get it. As i wasnt keen on that. frustratingly, the job wasnt completed.

Great service. Great plumber. Replaced a problematic Tap unit in the kitchen sink. No problem.

Lex was running late on account of problems with his van. The office called me to let me know. Once he arrived he went about the job discreetly and efficiently. Also took on something I had not specified on booking at no extra charge as still solved within the hour. Would recommend for small jobs
