Arthur was professional and friendly. He resolved the blockage within an hour despite the heavy rain. He also provided useful information about my house's drainage system and gave me advice on maintaining it. He responded quickly, which meant we were able to sort out the problem without delay. I really appreciated his service and would highly recommend him.

Arthur was genuninely brilliant - he came out to clear a blocked gully and when he arrived our kitchen had already flooded from a washing machine pipe that had come completely loose. He sorted both without batting an eyelid. Fast, professional, and you can tell he actually gives a damn. Exactly the kind of tradesman you hope turns up. Highly recommend Core Drainage.
Called Arthur on Monday morning and he gave me his prices in advance so I knew what I was dealing with. He arrive promptly as planned the following morning. He was very professional and cleared the blocked drain successfully. After taking his time to find the underlying problem he then gave me the options for future reference should I want to go down that route. He also gave me good advice on how to prolong the problem from happening again in the near future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would be more than happy to use him again should there be any other issues.
