Absolutely flawless. From the initial enquiry to diagnosing, the customer service was second to none. Good old fashioned, no nonsense. Showed and explained the problem and offered solutions in words that you don’t need a degree to understand. In the end, I opted for a full replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Wait time was faster than a drive through and throughout the whole process I was kept in touch. Mohamed waited until I was 100% happy before accepting money. He helped with the warranty process and made sure I had the emails. He left the site in the same condition he found it; took all rubbish away. He even fit my phone heating system so I can control the heating from my phone. Highly recommended. I’ll see them again for my boiler service. Thank you and all the best
Rang up and explained issue. Said he'd be here to look at it in the morning and turned up bang on the time he mentioned. Very polite, knowledgeable and educational as he explained what had gone wrong, how he's going to fix it, and how to prevent in future. Fantastic pricing too. Extremely happy with service start to finish, thank you very much!
Had a gas pipe needed removing and capping off under the floor board that was unexpected on a job Rang him and he was there within the hour Cheaper than I expected it would be and a really friendly guy too Would definitely recommend
My boiler was having issues losing pressure and also going up too high when the boiler was on. I rang The Boiler Man and spoke to Mohammed, told him over the phone and he immediately knew what the issue was, managed to get to me within an hour and was in and out within 10 mins! Cannot fault that level of service and experience. Explained exactly what he was doing when he was here and had the boiler working as it should in no time at all. Highly recommend him and will use him again for sure.
Took £520 in total for a call out/part/repair. Left with a boiler in worse condition than when he arrived. Did not change the part as confirmed by the next engineer who then condemned the boiler. DO NOT USE! Edit: I could post the picture of your van given I have CCTV, or post the correspondence. Including when you blocked my number after confronting you. I even have the part you failed to change if you would like that? SCAMMER!
Brilliant experience, we couldn’t recommend them more. The engineer arrived within an hour of calling, diagnosed the problem, offered two solutions to repair the issue and taught me how to resolve the problem myself if it ever occurs again. We’ll definitely use them again should we need.
