Was at daughter in laws as her boiler wasn’t working and they said they would be here before 10 and they were true to word got the part and boiler working again would recommend to anyone 100% well done keep up the good work

Fantastic service from DG gas safety. I had found this company on google after being let down by someone off check a trade. Glenn was out within 2 hrs and informed me exactly of the problem, when they could fix it and approx costs. Great communication from start to finish. Lewis who completed the works was lovely and friendly. Carried out the works professionally and very tidily. Excellent service from start to finish and I would highly recommend! Have had the gas boiler serviced previously and no bother. Recent service showed repairs were needed and told a quote would be offered shortly. Had to phone and ask a week later for a quote and only told we would be contacted and offered no further detail. This was over 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back. Very disappointed as we have had the boiler serviced for a few years and felt the customer service was great until now.

Just to provide some positive feedback, the engineer that visited my property when the gas supply wasn't reaching the boiler guided me to the phoenix energy who he himself spoke to and provided the information they needed which saved a lot of time for when phoenix arrived. This is not the first time that DG has provided a great service to me. Would highly recommend.

These guys are great....first of all, they turn up! And in the time slot they promise. No job is too small, Lewis even called and replaced my mouldy shower grout. Tidy and friendly, i highly recommend

I had an emergency issue and tried 3 other Gas Services companies before getting through yo DS Gas Safety. They called out and had the boiler fixed quickly in a friendly and professional manner and their prices were very fair and reasonable. Couldn't fault them and would definitely recommend them in the future.
