Had the drain doctor in to check water pipes a guy called Elliot absolutely excellent he explained the problem which was minor and charged me the call out fee excellent

I had a serious drain blockage in my kitchen sink and Steve sorted the problem out in 2 hours time at a good price with no call out fee. Very professional team and I definitely recommend them.

Elliot came to my mother's home on the 4th of November unblocked and put camera in dream, cleared blockage advise a sleave to be installed as there was root ingress and slight cracks in the drainage pipes all backed up by photos and documentation. They returned today the 6th of November to complete installing the drain sleave . My mother is in her mid 70s and they were fantastic with her explained everything they were doing , mum didn't feel pressurised into anything . They worked very hard and was clean and professional friendly and understanding of an older person's concerns. We would highly recommend the company as office staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The company gave a second to none service top rate .10 out of 10. I called Drain Doctor at about 4.30pm as I needed my toilet unblocked asap and by 5.30pm they had been and completely sorted everything! It was a great service, really quick, easy and no fuss at all. Definitely recommend!

Had a blocked drain causing garden drains to overflow with foul water. Called Drain Doctor for help and they sent Jordan, who was great. He explained everything very clearly, showed me the issue on CCTV and advised (with no pressure) an in-place liner repair to the drain which would prevent a recurrence. He did the work, showing me the result on the CCTV, and thoroughly cleaned and tested the drains afterward. Very friendly, professional and capable. Would recommend for anyone needing similar work.

Jordan was super professional and found the blockage of decorative stone and sand left from the seller of the property! He tidied up and left everything better than before. Would have him back in a heartbeat. Thankyou very much
