Worst company ever, I would not recommend them for anyone Told me they had to put a camera down and never told me the price charged me £160 just for that I have been asking for a invoice for over a week now and still not recieved it texted them on many occasions not heard back from them STAY AWAY
These guys were at my house for approximately 15 minutes. After a cctv survey they Said I had a sagging waste soul pipe underneath my extension, Directly below my toilet pan. Charged me £160 for the cctv survey which is fair enough. After lifting my bathroom floor destroying all my tiles in the process it turns out it’s not that. I’ve since been told that the pipes under my extension are in-fact not sagging, the problem is one of the joints in the soil pipe outside the house has come loose and This is what causing my problem. If they had carried out a full cctv survey as promised they may have found the pipe that was causing the problem and saved all the unnecessary work £160 for nothing, plus the expense to retile my bathroom. Also after numerous phone calls texts and emails I’m still waiting on a written cctv report. There very busy apparently at this time of year and il get it when they have time.
Fantastic work. After 4 weeks of being given the run around by another company that actually made it worse, these guys fixed our blockage in 24 hours. Would absolutely recommend.
George and Steven were very friendly and were excellent communicators. They took pride in their work. I would have no problem in using them again.
BEAWARE !Job done in 10 mins , paid £140, but blockage happened again after 3 days without using much , tried to call them , they said they are not responsible. BE AWARE
We had issues with blocked and damaged drains which these guys sorted - they were super fast to arrive and sort the immediate crisis, very thorough, competent and reassuring. Once that was dealt with they were able to properly sort everything, replacing and making it all good again. Highly recommended.
