Had similar sort of experience a year ago where I thought it might be better having that same company which did the new build plumbing and Electrics complete some additional works. Chased my recent query today to be laughed at for not expecting any sort of call back regarding aircon due to demand. Fair enough but I’ve had quotations from other who visited within a week.
After a highly successful main bathroom remodel, we contracted East Goscote Plumbers Ltd for two smaller bathroom renovations. Although it was a much smaller assignment, Kelvin and Charlie were fully committed to completing it on schedule. It involved installing a new vanity wall-hung unit with a sink and mixer tap, laying new click flooring, and repositioning the existing toilet. They arrived punctually every day with fantastic enthusiasm. The quality of their work, their professional skills, and their positive attitude were outstanding. It has been an absolute pleasure working with such dedicated bathroom fitters for whom no job is too small. We highly recommend them yet again.

We engaged East Goscote Plumbers (EGP) for a multi-unit residential air conditioning installation that required exacting environmental controls. This was a big, complex project for a residential retrofit and showed EGP to be a highly efficient and professionally run business. My first contact was with Nathan, Technical Sales Manager who is remarkable to work with. He operates with a complete absence of airs and graces, readily collaborates with the customer and suggests superior engineering solutions. The installation team Russ, Charlie, and Craig the electrician demonstrated an exceptional work ethic. Russ leads the site with a level of efficiency that is rarely seen; his professionalism is outstanding, and the practical solutions he implemented on-site were elegant and highly beneficial. The crew arrived precisely on time every day, working through extreme loft heat and torrential rain without a single complaint. They operated autonomously when I was at work, communicated clearly with daily debriefs, showed utmost respect for our property and kept disruption to a minimum. They were friendly, cheerful and extremely easy to work with while remaining at all times professional - an absolute dream of a crew. I highly recommend EGP for their technical expertise, professionalism and reliability.
Our boiler stopped working while we were on holiday, and Gary came out within 24 hours. He even did a video call first to help identify the problem, then gave us a time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was lovely, professional, and very pleasant. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Literally a life saver today! Thank you so much to Gary who quickly sorted a boiler issue out for us on easter sunday when we were struggling with no heating or hot water. Gary was really helpful, going above and beyond to get the issue sorted out including facetiming to talk through the problem. We always use East Goscote for plumbing and electrical work as they are always helpful, reliable and honest and today showed what an amazing company they are, cant thank them enough.
