Great service! They came recommended by our neighbours and didn't disappoint. They came on the same day just a few hours after we got in touch and quickly fixed our clogged sink. They also took the time to explain how to sort an issue with our washing machine at no extra cost. Friendly, reliable and super helpful.

I made an out-of-hours call because my bath/shower tap had broken, leaving the water running. The team were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue, which took a huge amount of stress away at such a late hour. They even came back to replace the fixture and helped me choose the correct replacement. They were professional, reliable, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Team were lovely and prepared for the service needed. I was able to book them very last minute and communications throughout the whole period were clear. They asked for photos on what the problem was, so I felt very confident they knew what they were walking into and how they could help. They managed to do the repair in 10 minutes and cleaned to ensure there was no damage. They also were very patient with questions I asked about the process. The service fee was very fair, I will be using this company and team in the future should there be any problems, fingers crossed there aren’t though!

We have met them today. They came to fix an issue on our toilet. The water was not stopping, after flushing, after the tank was full. The service was fast and very professional. The price was fair. No hidden costs. I would definitely recomand, in the future. Thank you!

I honestly can’t believe how good this service was. They turned up within an hour to fix a leak and only charged £85. I’m always worried about being charged ridiculous prices for emergencies call outs so this was a massive relief. I’m very very happy with the service.
