Lenny was fantastic, emergency call out on a Sunday night with the water coming down the wall. He promptly arrived and tackled the issue. Couldn’t fix it then but came back the next day to resolve the issue. Great service and kept informed throughout. Would recommend!

Absolutely - and without exaggeration - AWESOME service. I had a pipe burst at the weekend. Called five companies (“don’t do weekends” etc etc) and then struck upon these guys.… Absolutely TOP service. Fast repair. Fair price - no price because I was stranded - great comms throughout. Highly recommended Lenny from EPH! Called him late Wednesday last week to say we no heating, Lenny come straight round and had a look for us. He worked out it was the valve and the thermostat so he got these ordered up for us. Kept us updated and called me Monday to say it had arrived i explained we would not be home till after work and he catered for us. Come round fitted the parts and it was done and dusted and we now have heating!. Paid by card machine and sent me an invoice there and then as requested. Will definitely use again. Thank you Lenny!

I called EPH on a Thursday a repair man from a boiler company deemed my boiler unsafe to use. He was round within an hour to give me a quote and despite telling me he'd get me a quote by the evening, he took all of 10 minutes to quote everything up for me. He came round on the Monday and fixed the problems, so now everything works fine and is safe to use. We have a baby and was left with no hot water and heating by the repair man, and EPH saved the day honestly - if it wasn't for him, we would have been without a boiler for much longer. I had one company ask if I could wait 2 months! Can't recommend him enough - friendly, prompt, honest and gets the job done.

Absolutely fantastic service, we made our first phone during an emergency and had a visit within the hour and a new boiler fitted within 48 hours. Lovely guy who provided excellent service and at a very fair price. 100% recommended and will be using again!
