Gas Glasgow

Gas Glasgow is a boiler and heating engineering business founded in 2018 by John, an ex-Scottish Gas engineer with over 20 years of experience in the domestic gas industry. John is the sole employee of Gas Glasgow. The company is a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer and a Gas Safe registered engineer.

It provides boiler installations, servicing, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and central heating services including powerflushing, system filters, smart controls, and landlord services. Boiler finance on new Worcester Bosch boilers is offered through TradeHelp Ltd and Novuna Personal Finance. Gas Glasgow serves Glasgow and surrounding areas. Gas Glasgow Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of TradeHelp Ltd for credit broking introductions.

Boiler servicing and central heating work form the core of what customers describe at this Bearsden-based business, with one engineer, John, named again and again across the feedback. Several reviewers note that he arrives when he says he will, often calling ahead with a time slot, and that jobs are completed to a high standard. Clear estimates given before work begins, with options laid out and prices explained in advance, come up repeatedly, as does the practice of talking through what has been done once the visit is finished.

Long-standing customers describe years of annual boiler maintenance, while others mention a boiler that had sprung a leak being repaired quickly because the necessary part was already to hand, and new boilers and radiators being fitted to satisfaction. His knowledge is singled out, along with a reluctance to push unnecessary upgrades on older appliances, and paperwork and certificates are provided. Reviewers also value the offer to schedule future services with reminders. Friendliness, patience with questions and an approachable manner recur throughout the accounts.
