Fantastic service from Akhtar. My boiler had been making a loud kettling and whistling noise whenever the temperature rose for the hot water or heating. He arrived right on time and used a methodical process of elimination to find and fix the problem quickly. ​When a separate F2 fault popped up later that same day, he came back the very next morning to get it sorted. Highly recommended!

Combi boiler started leaking water on Friday, found Gas Guard boiler repairs on google. Gave them a call and Akhi came over to diagnose the leak on the same day. Brother Akhi came to my property today in Alum Rock after a water leak. He came 20 minutes before the agreed time. He fixed the leak in 20 minutes. However, due to my mistake of taking the fuse out the boiler when it stopped working, the boiler did not turn on, as the fan had blown out. He quickly diagnosed it as the fan, went with me to get a new genuine one. He fitted the fan in around 30-40 minutes. The boiler now works as new. Thank you brother akhi.
