Globe Gas and Plumbing

I have used GLOBE Gas and Plumbing for many years, servicing my boiler and replacing radiators. Lee is always polite, reliable and trustworthy, with a great personality too! So when I wanted my bathroom replacing I had no hesitation in using GLOBE. As I trusted Lee to give me the best deal I knew there was no need for comparison quotes. Lee was invaluable in helping me chose the bathroom suite and fittings. The job was to take 10 working days. The bathroom was completely gutted new bath, sink, toilet, the installation of a new shower cubicle, replacing the ceiling and tiled throughout. Right from the start Lee kept me informed of progress. They turned up on time and always tidied and provided us with useable facilities when they left. A couple of days into the job, there was an issue with the tiles, they had been damaged at the warehouse. Lee took it on board, arranging for us to visit the warehouse and helping me to choose replacement tiles. Which incidentally look so much better than my original choice! There is also a special mention for Paddy, the tiler. His work is exceptional. I have had so many comments on the quality of the tiling and how everything lines up. We're so happy with our bathroom - if you choose GLOBE I'm sure you will be too - 100%

I Contacted Lee on the Friday after finding his business online. He arranged to come round to the house on the Monday so he could assess the problem. He texted on the Monday morning to confirm the time he would be arriving & hd turned up when he said he would. The dripping pipe turned out to be more complicated than first thought however he explained things every step of the way & gave estimates regarding costs. He fixed the problem & I’ve not issues with my heating since. I was worried about ‘choosing an unknown ‘ when I rang Lee however he was polite, friendly & I was really pleased with his work. I would not hesitate to ring him again if I had a query of an issue.

Lee came out to fix a leaking condensate pipe on the boiler, came out straight away to stop the leak before returning to replace the pipe, arrived on time both times even letting me know when he was on his way, he was so good I’ve booked back in for a maintenance service on the boiler, details passed on to family members, nice one mate

Lee has just fitted new hole in wall fire for me, excellent service. Good communication all the way through booking to finish, he informs you of all he’s doing and why which I loved. Lee has great personality and a person you don’t mind having in your.

Not the type to normally leave a review but I feel I need to leave some positive feedback to globe gas and plumbing. I honestly can’t talk highly enough about lee and his co workers from the minute lee called to give me a price I knew this was genuine guy who knows exactly what he’s talking about. I was more than happy with the price quoted so Lee done the job I’m so glad he did because the workmanship was 2nd to none down to every little detail. I would highly recommend giving lee a call if you have any issues or would like any work done.

Lee was brilliant at fitting work in on a packed schedule. He fixed a toilet really quickly and dealt with the previous problems cowboys had done and fitted. He also told me what he was doing at each stage. A few months earlier as well he got rid of a nasty lead pipe for me, got the gas back on and kindly fixed a leaky radiator without being asked. Would recommend him to anyone, so pleased I found out about him. Thank you very much Lee!
