We required a video inspection of drains which had been altered at somepoint in the past at our property. Alex who came out from the Sheffield depot, was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, efficient and was very helpful with his explanation. Highly recommend.

I needed drains unblocking and was quoted a price. When they found out I was a landlord ringing they increased the price, purely because I was a landlord. I asked them- if the tenant phoned them, would the price be reduced, and they said yes. This makes no sense, nothing changes except who's making the phone call and who's paying, same house, same problem, same service.

I just telephoned this company and the person who answered the phone clearly has an attitude problem. I had spoken to her during a previous phone call and she was pretty appalling then too. The service from the company was ok though expensive for the fact the blockage wasn't sorted. I'm going to go elsewhere.
