Mike came over to carry out my boiler's annual service and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, was very polite and professional, and took the time to ask a few questions beforehand to see if I had noticed any issues with the boiler. That bit of fact-finding was really reassuring as it showed he wanted to make sure everything was running exactly as it should. His work was clearly very thorough and he explained what he was checking and why, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service being carried out. Even though he didn't make any mess, he still made a point of leaving the area he was working in clean and tidy before he left. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Reliable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I can't recommend Mike highly enough and will definitely be using him again in the future.
