Second time using Nottingham Boiler Solutions Ltd. First for service and this time a new boiler. Neil was quick, clean efficient and professional and answered all my questions. I would go to noone else for gas and heating maintenance and fully recommend.
Neil came to fit a new part to our old boiler on a Saturday afternoon having just driven home from Cornwall - was technically still on holiday. He goes above and beyond and communication is excellent. Naturally , we turned to him when we needed a new boiler.
Neil installed a new combi boiler. He was friendly and professional, punctual, very tidy. From the first contact to the end of the job he kept me informed of progress and answered all queries promptly. I'm really happy with the work carried out and highly recommend Nottingham Boiler Solutions. Neil has serviced this boiler annually since installation. No problems at all with it. He is reliable, professional and friendly. He will be my first point of contact for any heating concerns as I trust him to do a brilliant job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Neil has been servicing our boiler and maintaining our CH system for 9 years now and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Always professional and a neat and tidy worker, Neil is very good at identifying issues and applying the correct solution first time. I really cannot recommend this man highly enough
Neil serviced our boiler, identified a few problems with it and then was really helpful when it came to looking at options for new boilers. He was efficient and did a great job of installing a new boiler and changing some of the pipework. He also connected up a new radiator for us. Communication was good. Thanks.
We've been using Neil for a few years to carry out our annual boiler service. He's always polite, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. This year we asked him to carry out some extra works in our kitchen... Moving pipes and connecting our new cooker.... Neil was, as always, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. He works to a high standard which is very rare these days and we would never use anyone else... Just wish all tradesmen had the same work ethic and high standards as Neil .... Neil fitted a new boiler for us, updated the pipe work and installed a Hive thermostat. Neil was helpful, friendly, tidy and we were very happy with the work. Neil got back to us quickly whenever we contacted him and couldn't have been more helpful. We would highly recommend
