company has been recommended by friends and great Google reviews, however my experience ended up complete nightmare! I have been absolutely scammed by this company! Callout has been agreed £49 + extra if needs to be done something extra, however when engineer arrived , they just take a look at my gas pipe and boiler with eyes, but didn't touched anything! They even didn't had any tools with them to check gas leak pressure! They haven't done absolute nothing.... After leaving I have received phone call from. "Company boss" and he forced me to pay £299 for callout and Labour..... I told him that nothing hasn't been done or fixed or replaced, just been agreed pay for callout £49.... I asked him what exactly has been done and he wasn't even able to explain.... Couple minutes later he called me back and became very verbally aggressive and started threatening me and harassing over a phone if I'm not gonna pay full £299... I paid what they asked, however this case with all evidence goes to small claims court and police report as scam and fraud.... Please guys stay away and don't trust them

everything was excellent, I quickly scheduled an appointment for annual water heater maintenance, the technician was very nice and smiling, extremely attentive and explained the whole process to me, he also uses ccover shoes. I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend 100% and will gladly use them again.
