From our first phone call with Chris the engineer who came round to assess the job and subsequently fitted the new boiler, we can’t praise him enough on his professionalism and skill and minimum disruption. On completion he explained everything very clearly. Also thank you to Joanna for her help and prompt communication, a brilliant service all round.

We had a new boiler installed at one of our rental properties and were very pleased with the work. Communication was great throughout, the pricing was fair, and the job was completed to a high standard. We contacted Hallamshire Energy when it was clear our boiler was playing up. Their initial phone advise helped us limp through to the fitting of a new boiler. This was done speedily and with the minimum of fuss and mess. We are very pleased indeed with the quality of the work and will certainly be using them again in the future. After recently having some noise and pressure problems with my boiler and with winter coming up and needing to book a service, I called Sheffield Boiler People. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional with Joanna going above and beyond what was required. She eased my concerns about my recent increase in noise coming from my boiler and loss of pressure AND walked me through step by step with images and a phone call on how to fix this myself there and then. Boiler is running smoothly, quietly, the pressure is back to normal and my service is booked in for a couple of weeks time. 5 stars is not enough for this company and for Joanna.

A very good service! We engaged Sheffield Boiler People to install a new boiler after returning from holiday to find ours had stopped working. They provided quotes for a few different boilers clearly explaining the ins and outs of each. They then pulled out all the stops to install the very next day. We will definitely use them again.

Unbelievably good service. Everything from the initial phone call from Joanna to discuss our options, through to the visit to quote for the work, and the actual installation with Chris was just brilliant. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great value. And a free service for recommending a friend. Very happy with our experience using Hallamshire Energy.

The service I received was amazing. There was great communication on the phone so they helped us understand all the different options and how everything will work. They even recommended what would be best for us rather than the most expensive options. They were very fast with the new boiler installation and they even helped me to temporarily fix the old boiler in the meantime which was really nice. The guy who installed the new boiler was really professional, friendly and helpful and he cared about hygiene, e.g. wore shoe covers and suggested that he use the back door so he will not have to walk around the house. I would highly recommend them.
