What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Blocked drains, gutter clearance and CCTV surveys form the main work described by customers of South Manchester Drain Services, with Karl named repeatedly across the feedback. Reviews highlight a swift response to enquiries, punctuality on arrival and jobs finished without delay, and a theme running through the feedback is the clarity with which the problem is explained before any work begins. Customers note that updates are given while the job is under way and that footage from the camera survey is shared so the findings can be seen first hand.

Tidiness is mentioned regularly, as is the way a blockage was cleared without the need to dig up a patio. Pricing is described as fair by several reviewers, and the team comes across as friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Reports produced after CCTV inspections are said to be simple to follow, while the work around Sale covers toilets, gutters and general drainage. Long-term remedies are also noted, with one customer pleased that the underlying cause was addressed so the issue should not return. The crew is described as efficient and helpful, arriving quickly after a call and making sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Karl came exactly on time to do a CCTV survey on our drains at very short notice. He was professional, did exactly what he said he would do, and took the time to give me clear guidance. I received a great, easy-to-understand report afterward. Would definitely use them again!
