Russell is honest, fair and does the job brilliantly. I am recommending him to everyone I know because it’s so hard to find a good tradesperson, especially for boiler-fixing, but I have found an excellent one: The boiler man.
Russ has looked after my home’s heating and plumbing for a while now, having completed my last two boiler services, a radiator removal and my kitchen plumbing. His attention to detail is fantastic, he’s always on time, and he leaves everything spotless. It is rare to find someone this good.

Can't recommend Russ enough!!! After going backwards and forwards with British gas not sorting the issue we called The Boiler Man who's sorted without an problems. Will be our first port of call going forwards with any plumbing issues. 5*****
After 3 British Gas engineers saying there is no issue. Even tho there was. As we couldn’t have a hot shower or bath. We called the boiler man. Who discovered the issue and fixed it. With no fuss. Very reasonably priced. 100% our go to plumber for any future needs
We have used Russell for many years for big jobs like boiler replacements to smaller leaks. He is 100% reliable, has high standards and has always found a way to solve a tricky problem. Everyone I have recommended him to has been super pleased as well. If you want someone with great knowledge and experience with a ‘can do’ attitude who turns up when he says he will, The Boiler Man is your person.
