A (different) gas engineer came on Thursday to do a service. Condemned our boiler. Went immediately online asking for quotes for replacement. Nathan responded almost immediately and was one of three. Nathan came on the Monday and did a complete on site visit. He sent me a quote the same evening He wasnt the cheapest quote i received but he was the one that impressed me most. He came this morning and got straight on with the job and was quickly joined by his colleague Sean. They worked non stop til completion well before the end of the day. Brilliant communicatiion, faultless workmanship. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thankyou Nathan and Sean.

Nathan, Josh and Sean converted our old conventional boiler system into a combi system. Nathan responded to enquiry very promptly, and communication was great throughout. On the day of the visit, all 3 treated the house with great respect, and I really appreciated the extra mile jobs, too. The install was completed really efficiently, and all my questions were answered well. The work they did is skilled, neat and tidy and I just felt like the job was in good hands, even though I'm an anxious homeowner. The price was competitive. I got quotes from several places, but ultimately preferred The Gas Pro after meeting Nathan and getting a sense of the job they'd do. I'd very much recommend to anyone getting any boiler or heating system work done. Couldn't speak highly enough of all they did, and how they took the time to explain things and ensure I knew what I was doing.

Nathan, Adam and Shaun worked really hard and seamlessly! Our boiler had stopped working and they attended the property as quickly as possible. I got an honest recommendation of what my options were and chose to replace the whole system. They arrived early on the day they were installing the system - removed the old one, put the new one in and changed it from gravity to pressure system. Even fitted Hive and a carbon monoxide alarm for us, being attentive and knowing what I needed really helped ease the burden of the new system being installed. Cleaned and removed all waste, talked me through the system and showed me how to use the Hive system. I noted that all the work was very neatly done too, i.e. added pipe work. They even said that they match the outside pipe colour to what matches the house, and mentioned they'll be back with black pipes as the rest of my pipes are black. Details like this that makes me really appreciate this level of work. I would HIGHLY recommend The Gas Pro (actually already have) to anyone!

Nathan did a fantastic job installing a new boiler as soon as possible over early January. His communication was excellent and the job was done professionally and with no fuss at all. He responded well when asked about his gas safe credentials and also went above and beyond by offering portable heaters when asked if any spare. He picked up on the fact that there was an additional thermostat on the top floor that I had forgotten to mention. All documentation and warranties were prompt and aftercare arrangements were provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends, family or anyone in the Bristol area for that matter.

I originally contacted Nathan for a boiler service and was booked in within days. Ironically, my boiler started leaking before he attended prompting Nathan to quickly come to the rightful conclusion that I could have a costly repair or a new boiler all together. As the boiler was 20+ years old. I opted for the new boiler. Quote was received promptly but what was even more impressive is this happened days before Christmas and he managed to fit the job in early on Christmas Eve. Nathan and his team were easy going, professional, clean and tidy, providing clear instructions on how to use the boiler along with the new hive, as well as providing all the warranty paperwork before leaving. Thoroughly recommend Nathan and his team, even better that I could support a local company. Thanks so much for taking the stress out of what could have been a very miserable Christmas!

Nathan’s quote was super competitive and he offered a well-reasoned recommendation as to which boiler to choose which we took. He got me booked in quickly and him and his team were professional and courteous during the whole process. The pipework and cabling was all very neat and they even removed an old pipe that was unrelated to the job free of charge really showing they’ll got the extra mile. Josh came back after 3 weeks to remove the cleaner and add inhibitor. He was in and out in about 30 mins. It’s been 3 months since the install and everything is working perfectly. I’d highly recommend The Gas Pro to anyone.

The Gas Pro company completed a boiler service. I would use them again! Nathan was very quick with his communication and Josh carried out the service. Josh was professional and polite and gave me advice on my heating system. Overall really good communication, professional and timely.
