Had a few problems with a national company's mis-diagnosis of a drainage problem. Called 24hr drains and had a call straight back with a quote. Great, knowledgeable guy, very personable, prompt and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone. All the 5 star reviews are definitely justified. Top man.

Had a really good experience with these guys in Caversham. We’ve used them a few times now, and they’ve always been spot on. This time I was dealing with blocked drains and toilets and it was getting pretty stressful, but they sorted it out quickly with no fuss. Super friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Left everything clean and working properly again. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Caversham ,Reading and stuck with blocked drains or toilet issues.

Highly recommend due to ongoing issues with blockage's that were coming back every month. Carlo sorted this with drain repair works and putting in a manhole so it was easy accessible just incase it backed up again and was easier to access due to living in a park home.
