Booked a plumber to fix the washing machine and dishwasher outlets under the sink, which were forcing water back up through the sink. The plumber, Ben, was delayed by over two hours but worked quickly once he turned up. Very happy with the new waste set up which drains away much quicker. Ben also changed the thermostatic shower mixer which wasn't providing water hot enough for a shower. Happy to recommend them.
I recommend Arthur and his team to everyone. They really saved the day with 3 of my shops. We had multiple issues in old market in 2019 that two other plumbing companies couldn’t solve. Arthur was recommended on Facebook and they found the issue. The guy upstairs had dementia and Arthur was so kind and accommodating. We’ve used them since at Cabot circus, and now in Redfield. Fixing leaks, installing coffee machines etc

Arthur did a great job at short notice in identifying the reason that our hot water had stopped and fixing the issue. He noticed an electrical issue that had not been picked up on before despite having other plumbers to our flat. Good value and friendly too!

We had a greay experience with Arthur. Its so helpful to have communication via WhatsApp and Arthur responded so quickly and we had him booked in to finish off a job within a week. All the work was done on time to a high standard and both were friendly and flexible doing the work around my very young baby. Highly recommend. Thanks
