Came out within 24 hours, arrived on time, to attend and unblock our drain. Very efficient, found problem promptly, and charged exactly what we were quoted on the telephone, so no hidden costs! Highly recommended!

We contacted AMS to complete a CCTV assessment of our buildings 4-story flat external drainage due to blockage issues, through this the team found both fat and root activity and quoted for a drain clear and re-assessment which we paid for and was completed in September. However, since September, I have had back and forth emails and calls with Tracy requesting a quotation for the works stipulated as required in the re-assessment. 3 months later I am yet to receive the quotation.

Excellent sonar survey and footage of main drain running through our property. Helped us massively with planning our drainage requirements. I even got sent the video footage with the “reeled out” cable length on it, so when noticed an extra unexpected private drain joint, I have been able to pin point pretty accurately when that joint should be. This should remove our need for a new joint. Thanks!

We had a collapsed rest bend at the bottom of our bathroom drain pipe that needed replacing before. AMS quoted us a fee that was less than half of what another company had quoted and could do the work 2 weeks earlier. I'm very happy with the work that was done and grateful to the engineers for getting everything sorted asap for us.
