A.M.S Drain Services Ltd

A.M.S Drain Services Ltd is a drainage specialist based in Bristol. The company was formed in 1992 and incorporated as a limited company in 2000. It serves both domestic and commercial clients, including the domestic market and the construction and facility management sectors. Its services are offered to builders, plumbers, farmers, estate agents and insurance companies. The company treats drainage problems in prisons, factories, hotels, schools, colleges, docks, and zoos, and extends its services to motorway service areas, country estates, and estate management companies.

It is a member of various professional bodies relating to drainage services and is certified and accredited to deal with liquid waste in all manner of environments. It uses efficient vacuum tankers to clear liquid waste from residential and commercial properties. Its coverage includes Bristol and the South West, also Wiltshire, Gloucester, and Somerset. Services comprise drain unblocking, cleaning, repairs, CCTV and drain surveys, and septic tank services.

Households and renovation projects in Bristol have sought out this drainage specialist for blocked waste pipes, collapsed pipework and pre-building surveys, and the feedback is consistently warm. Customers note the speed of response, with one blockage cleared inside half an hour and another attendance within two hours, while punctuality recurs as engineers arrive when agreed. The office team, Tracey in particular, receives repeat praise for clear quotes and times given over the phone, and people frequently remark that the final invoice matches the figure quoted beforehand, with nothing added.

On site, named engineers including Zac, Zak and Paul are described as efficient, capable and pleasant company, whether clearing kitchen and bathroom drains, disinfecting the area afterwards or undertaking camera work on a soil pipe with obvious diligence. Tidiness features often, from a full clean-up after a messy job to checking with a downstairs neighbour about possible leakage. A sonar survey with footage of the main drain helped one project plan its drainage requirements. Work has covered replacing a collapsed rest bend and clearing outside drains, and repeat custom across several years is mentioned.
