Got in touch with Ben over a broken water tank in the loft. He set off to review the situation within an hour of me getting in touch. Straight up there, immediately diagnoses it, and gives me my options. Then cracks on with it straight away. A job well done for a good price. Ben's a very nice fella too, can't fault him one bit. Easily a 10/10 service, couldn't ask for better. Will only be coming to Ben with anything plumbing-related from now on.

The valve on our hot tap on the bath just decided to not turn off. After a few attempts at fixing myself, with no luck, I needed to get a professional in. I am so glad I had the number for Ben Plumber! Messaged on Friday, arranged to call out on Saturday to swap the old tap with a new one (we supplied). Job was tricky due to tight space but he got it done in a speedy time and all is sorted. His communication is also fantastic. He responds very promptly. Would definitely recommend Ben Plumber to anyone!

My shower stopped working one morning, so I contacted Ben. We discussed the issue, agreed on a plan and price to resolve the problem and within a few hours the shower was fixed and working again. Terrific, fast service. Recommended.

Ben attended a major leak out of ours. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. There were no excuses and he did not stretch out the issue. He also fitted a tricky radiator without a question. He was so calm, friendly, patient, and most of all diligent in completing the work. He was here till 2 am in the morning. His attitude was incredible. I have never seen such outstanding service from a plumber. I rate him 12 out of 10. I would strongly recommend him. And he doesn’t take advantage and rip you off. Very sensibly priced. Genuinely lovely and a pleasure to do business with. We need more like Ben!

Ben was excellent from start to finish. We had a leak and ongoing drainage issues with both our washing machine and dishwasher, and although it wasn’t an emergency, he attended within 90 minutes of calling — which was reassuring. He quickly identified the problem, sorted out the pipework properly, and made sure everything was draining as it should before leaving. The work was neat, efficient, and clearly done to a high standard. He also explained what had caused the issue. Professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben Plumber and will definitely use him again.

Ben and his team provided a thorough and prompt service for us at a reasonable price (boiler service, radiator remounting, other bits and pieces prior to a house move in). We were very satisfied and would hire him again.
