It targets drainage problems in domestic, residential and commercial systems. Services include high-pressure jetting, CCTV drain surveys, blocked sinks, gullies emptied, and blocked toilets.

Prompt, same-day drainage work is the theme that runs through the feedback for Borderjet Drainage Services in Edinburgh, with customer after customer describing a rapid response to blocked sewage drains, sinks and pipework. Louis is named repeatedly as the engineer who attends, and reviewers consistently describe him as professional, friendly and easy to deal with, arriving when he says he will and listening carefully before investigating the problem.

The quality of the result is praised just as often: blocked drains caused by hedge roots, renovation debris and long-standing sewage build-ups are cleared efficiently, in some cases within an hour, and several customers note that high pressure jetting equipment carried in the van made the difference where chemicals and hot water had failed. One thing mentioned again and again is the fairness of the pricing, with clients describing the charge as reasonable and mentioning extra jetting carried out at no additional cost.

Communication before and after the work is highlighted, including follow-up visits, sensible advice on preventing recurrence and help for a neighbour's landlord. Reviewers also mention the firm's willingness to take on awkward jobs, such as unblocking pipes on a renovation site without further digging, and repeat custom over many years speaks to the trust Louis has built.
