Excellent service. Had a blocked kitchen sink, nice chap came round bang on time and cleared it within 20 minutes - no mess, all via the pipe exit at rear of house. Sink has never drained so well! Very clear on price all the way through (and very reasonable).

Exceptional service, called at 9pm on Sunday evening when toilet and main pipe overflowing with waste - with us 6.55am Bank Holiday Monday. Problem identified and solved within an hour. Professional, courteous and communicative. Thankyou Ross! Don’t hesitate to recommend.

Ross has now unblocked 2 of our outside drains. He has been quick to respond, helpful, polite, and very capable. He gets on with the job and does not look to make the job any bigger than it needs to be. One drain had already been looked at by another team who thought it would need excavation, but Ross had it clear in 20 minutes and tidied the area afterwards. Definitely recommend.

He identified the route of a rodent issue alongside the underlying drainage fault, quickly diagnosing the cause and explaining the necessary work. Ross was respectful, meticulous, and treated my home with care, even taking his shoes off without being asked. After dealing with multiple contractors, this was the first time someone properly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained both the problem and the solution. The work has been completed to a high standard, and I now feel confident it has been resolved properly.
