We had a leak in our bathroom sink today, and Jay helped us fix it before 10 a.m. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and kindly told us that we could contact him again if any other issues came up. We are very grateful for his help and really appreciated his excellent service. Jad came to fix a broken hot water tap this afternoon and it was honestly the best experience we have had with any plumber in London, and we have lived in London for 15+ years. He was so efficient and so friendly. Also importantly he was not going to let us down on a really busy Friday and knowing we have a young baby he made sure to somehow make time to come over and fix it.
