We suffered from a burst valve in our thermostatic shower on a Saturday. Started out as just a drip and by the end of the day, water was spraying all over the upstairs bathroom and we only noticed the catastrophic failure once is began seeping through to the ceiling below as we were eating dinner. After shutting off the water to the house, we called Devon Plumbing and Drainage late on Saturday evening and Dave said he could be with us first thing Sunday morning. Dave showed up early and immediately sourced a replacement shower system from an open plumbing supplier. After fetching the replacement shower from the supplier, he fitted the new shower in 20 minutes! Superb service and very efficient. Charge was very reasonable considering it was a Sunday and usually a non-trading day. Very pleased with quality of work and meant there was little downtime without water supply.

Used this service a while back - the drain unblocking was OK though a little more expensive than subsequent services we used. The plumbing was charged at more than £200 an hour and was not of great quality and also left some damage unrepaired. So cannot recommend.

What a fantastic 24 hour emergency service. Called Dave, he was helpful and ensured he could help before he came out. Was with us within 30 mins and all fixed and back up running in the following 30 mins. Couldn't fault him, his colleague or his work hence well earned 5 star review.
