Dial A Rod

Had to call dial a rod for some drainage issues I was having, despite them only being flushed less than a year prior by someone else. I was very happy with the service. They were responsive, turned up on time, were prepared for the job. They were also very personable and helpful in trying to diagnose the issue - explaining what was going on. Robbie even gave me some advice on another issue I have. Truly above and beyond service. Would use again and recommend.

I had a blocked drain so initially I called Dyno-Rod as I'd heard of that company. They said they could send someone round in 3 days 😱 I tried Dial A Rod based on their Google reviews, and they sent someone round that very afternoon. They quoted a price in advance, then arrived and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them!

Called about a backed up sink and bath. Came the next day as promised and sorted an external drainage problem (gulley/trap) very quickly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Main drain to the house was blocked and called them on a Saturday. Came round within the hour and had it sorted. Super friendly and reasonably priced.

After using different drian companies to unblock our commercial drains over the years, today we were rcommended Dialarod. What a difference, Robbie was outstanding, above and beyond, even contacted Scottish water to report what could be their issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
