They turned up on time on the agreed date but requested that the work could be put back a day because of the wet weather. They would have phoned me but didn't have my number as the work had been arranged through a third party. So I was impressed that they still turned up as agreed even though it was too wet to do the job. When the job was done the next day, I was very pleased with the neat work. I would recommend.

Another great service from Drain&Able. We have a very level sink waste pipe so it regularly slow drains over the winter. Booked them in and was happy to wait a few weeks as it was not an urgent job and we didn’t want to use anyone else! They arrived on time and did the job and explained everything afterwards and cleaned up. Very reasonably priced too. Diane is superb with customer care. Just a lovely bunch of people.

Really friendly and trustworthy team who came out, didn't try to diddle me, didn't rush their work, seemed very diligent and respectful. Really good team - only downside very in demand so took a while to be able to get them booked in!
