I called late Saturday morning to see if I could get an emergency call out for a blocked and backed up drain. I explained the problem and it's possible that the problem has started further up my street, I was informed to contact SWW as they can help better if it's a shared system. The call handler said if they came round and had to sort the rest of the street out, I'd be the only one charged. I was grateful for his honesty and called SWW right after who are sending someone out.
