DrainBlock Services Ltd is a drainage contractor based in Mutley, Plymouth. The company is locally owned and directed by Roman Hadlow. DrainBlock Services Ltd is fully insured, carrying comprehensive public liability insurance on every job.

Services include drain unblocking, drain cleaning, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs, pipe patch repairs, drain relining, toilet unblocking, and planned drain maintenance. Drain unblocking uses high-pressure jetting or drain rods. No-dig drain relining is offered with a 50-year service life. A CCTV confirm-clear inspection verifies drains are fully unobstructed. Planned drain maintenance includes scheduled cleaning, CCTV inspection, and a written report.

Blocked toilets and rainwater drains across Plymouth provide the setting for the feedback gathered about Drainblock Services Ltd, and the accounts consistently highlight how quickly problems are dealt with. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the same-day attendance, with customers recalling evening and holiday calls that were answered promptly and, in one instance, an engineer reaching the property within the hour. Roman is the member of staff most frequently named, described as friendly and knowledgeable, talking through the possible cause while working, trying several methods before the blockage cleared and then explaining what had been done.

Several buyers describe being given a clear price before any work started and receiving a call with an arrival time, so nothing came as a surprise. Tidiness is another common thread, with the area left clean once the drain was running freely again. The work discussed covers unblocking toilets and rainwater drains as well as advice on wider drainage concerns, including a conversation with a landlord about the underlying cause. Travel further afield for a call-out is also mentioned.
