I had problems with my shower and toilet not draining away correctly. I was looking for a local specialist and I came across this company with outstanding reviews from over 100 customers. A convenient appointment was made and Malcolm and Bailey turned up promptly on that date and time. I explained the problems I was getting and in no time at all they had lifted the inspection cover and got to work. After a while he called me to tell me he had cleared the pipe of debris but I would need a camera survey for him to see if he could see where the debris was coming from. This high lighted where the problem was and he later sent me a detailed Drainage Investigation Report for me to send off to my insurance company to see if they will cover the cost of the repair. Everything is working now, waiting on insurance. Any problems with drains, these are the guys you want, very polite, friendly and they certainly know their job.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Malcolm and the team , my bed bound grandmother had an emergency and he came exactly when he said and to top it off he was unbelievably compassionate with our situation and needless to say I'll definitely be recommending this guy in the future
