Excellent customer service. Joanne was very pleasant and sent an engineer in a couple of hours. I was updated regularly. Callum the engineer was equally excellent and very professional.

Absolutely top service. Very professional, kept me updated on expected arrival time, sorted out the problem with blocked drain in half an hour and a reasonable price for a dirty job. Left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Hope I don't need you again, but would do so without hesitation.

I was referred to him by another plumber who couldn't fix the problem but took his £75 call out charge any way (OK, it was Sunday afternoon and I was grateful he turned up). Callum told me immediately what his charge would be and then kept me fully informed about when he would arrive. He arrived at 8.00pm, was courteous, professional and (most importantly) fixed the problem without fuss or making me feel stupid. Callum from Drains First Limited came round within an hour of my call to report an emergency concerning waste water overflow on the property, occurring at the unusually warm spring bank holiday weekend. The block in the drainage was dealt with promptly despite what likely had been a slow build up over months/years. Not only was the block treated and the area cleaned, the engineer also gave balanced advice about what to do next. An excellent service overall from customer support to the engineer's visit. Delighted to have gone with this local family-run service.
