I was very impressed with this firm. They came out within the hour on a Sunday to sort out a leak. They quoted a good price and repaired another small leak which could have become a lot worse. The plumber (forgot to ask his name) was pleasant polite and professional. I would use them again.

Absolutely incredible service from Eraldo. My hot water cylinder decided to pack it in and began leaking water into my downstairs living room. After seeing the leak I called Eraldo and within 15 minutes he was at my house and closed off the leak from the tank. What is even more incredible is that in less than 24 hours Eraldo managed to source a new Tank and installed it first thing the next morning! Fantastic communication, the quality of work is faultless and the cost was more than reasonable.

Called EL plumbing based on the reviews and wasn't disappointed. It wasn't an emergency but Eraldo came the next day, texted as promised when he was on his way. Took his time looking at the problem, took a video of under the bath to show what was happening. Explained everything clearly and what would be needed to rectify the leak. I received a price for the works that evening and he was back in 48 hours at a time to suit me to do the work. Everything was completed in a tidy and professional manner and he was so respectful putting on overshoes. I would highly recommend Eraldo for any plumbing works. Thank you!

I've now had to call out EL Plumbing and Heating twice to deal with emergencies, one caused by my own cowboy attempts to change a tap, another for a leaking overflow pipe in the loft. Both times I've had an arrival within the hour, with clear advice given and a swift fix. EL is punctual, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, as well as efficient and very fairly priced. Top marks

We had a plumbing emergency just last night and were unable to contact the plumber who installed the pipework. We found EL Plumbing on a Google search and called them. The phone was answered promptly by Eraldo and he was very helpful to us. He asked us to describe the situation over the phone and send him some pictures of the leak. Eraldo was able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and within a matter of minutes the problem was fixed. We are so grateful for his help...he was available and had the knowledge to fix the issue without a callout. Thank-you Eraldo...we will definitely use you if we have any future plumbing issues.

I had a problem with my boiler and needed an on day appointment. these guys were quick efficient and with me within 30 minutes and the problem was solved. professional polite explained everything and for a reasonable price can't fault it.

We have called / messaged Elrado on several occasions and contacted him at all hours! We had him out to the house to fix multiple different ‘issues’. He has always offered up reason, rationale and explained the reasons for the ‘issues’; this for me is so important. Fixing toilets, taps, boilers, noises and banging pipes; he fitted all new bathroom fixtures and a radiator! He is friendly and kind and always professional. 👍🏼
