He neatly solved a long standing stopcock issue with some well thought out pipe work. He also fitted new taps and shower. He also showed me how the water was turned off from the street. This was all done promptly and without drama. Recommended.
I highly recommend Kem! He arrived quickly, resolved the issue with my toilets in no time, and was completely professional. His reassuring attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Kem was super quick and responded right away to my emergency - was at my flat in 7 minutes, identified the leak and fixed it it 2 hours, sourced special parts and cleaned the area after the job was done. Highly recommend and would not try anyone else if I ever need a plumber.
I didn’t know Kamal and was guided by his reviews and I was pleasantly surprised by his response and conduct. Kamal couldn’t do the job for me but he arranged for his colleague Ross to do the work and I can only say I was very pleased with all aspects of their response, workmanship and fairness in pricing. Kem came to assess why the water pressure in my home was low in some rooms but normal in others, as I’m planning to install a new boiler and needed to understand whether the supply pressure would support it. While he was here, he also looked at a persistent issue with my bathroom tap that two previous plumbers had been unable to resolve and he fixed it straight away. I was beyond thrilled. He also repaired the shower tap and installed a replacement flushing mechanism in my WC. Kem explained everything clearly as he worked and was very methodical in diagnosing the problems. I would highly recommend him. I’m very grateful.
My boiler went down at 6pm on a Friday night. Kem responded that evening, came round on Saturday to check the boiler, spent allllll of Sunday tidying it up and replacing it, before it was finally turned on on the Monday. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient and helpful they were. And neither can anyone I tell! Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly, welcoming, insightful and incredibly tidy. My wife commented that she was amazed how tidy the work was. Thanks team - we are tow warm again - can’t recommend you highly enough!
