I can't even express how thankful I am! My Grandfather had a leak from his toilet overnight, flooded the upstairs bathroom and had water pouring from the downstairs ceilings when he got up in the morning. Resolution was fast and efficient and they went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and reassured. They even started the clean up effort! I was kept up to date throughout (as I live a long way away). They completely understood the dynamic straight away. So glad I called them, absolutely first class service!

Professional and prompt service provided. We burst a water pipe upstairs doing DIY and had water running through the ceiling downstairs, walls and lights. We called Emergency Plumber Bristol who sent someone out straight away. He located the problem and fixed it promptly. He was efficient and informative and we’d definitely use him again.
Had an issue late Friday night, they came to try and sort it out straight away. Turned out the job was way more complicated so they came back Saturday early morning and managed to fix the issue. Absolutely brilliant!
