A very professional in his trade engineer. Installed the boiler very quickly and even found the gas leak from one pipe I’ve had from the other builder working on site and hasn’t charged me for this. On the downside he didn’t attend at the agreed time for some other minor works after that but eventually completed them. The fact that he found the gas leak covers this upset. Will be in touch again in the future and do recommend him to others already!
Jamie is a delight! He was very punctual, offered excellent value and quick timescales. The installation was fast and efficient and we’re really happy with our top of the line Ideal Vogue boiler, for significantly less than we were quoted by a large British based Gas company. Highly recommend.
Used Jamie to replace our System with a combi boiler. He was very attentive and knowledgeable throughout. Also used him to service our boiler too. If you're thinking of replacing your heating system I'd definitely recommend him and his team.
Jamie came to look at the job we needed doing, advised and explained which new boiler would be best for us and gave us a really good deal. He arrived on time and proceeded to get on with the job, he protected my property whilst there (some don't bother) which was impressive as was the work he carried out. He and his colleague did not stop until the job was done (not even for a cup of tea/coffee). He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and that shows in the work that he does, highly recommend him without hesitation.
Brilliant company, needed boiler replacement quickly, Jamie fit us in within a few days. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, issue with heating sorted by next day. Communication great, installation engineer friendly and great job done - would recommend and will defo use again .
Not only was Jamie and his team professional, they provided excellent ideas, were on time, within budget, and extremely hard working. Jamie and his team wont let you down, they are responsive to your texts and calls, any issues that may arise will be tackled and solved quite quickly and efficently. I dont normally leave a review, but when you get a good team in that does a great job for a fair price, well, they deserve recommending. Going forward i have no doubt i will be using Jamie, Akeel and Tim for other jobs planned in my house, and will be passing on the good feedback to family and friends as they really do deserve it.
