Helpful Plumber Birmingham

I didn't actually use them, but that was thanks to their own honesty! The surveyor reckoned the plumbing in my new house was old and probably needed replacing; Helpful Plumber told me that being old wasn't a problem in itself, and as long as it wasn't actually leaking it should be fine. They could have got themselves a nice bit of business out of it, but preferred to be honest with me. If I ever actually do need a plumber I'll certainly use them! (Two years later) They did it again, albeit on a smaller scale. My shower was leaking, they advised me I could just order a new hose and change it myself rather than needing to call them out. Total cost £9.99 rather than probably £100ish for a plumber.

I am always very anxious about getting any work done in my house as I have had lots of bad experiences with different companies. Gerrard and his team put my mind at rest. He and his workers did a wonderful job on my bathroom. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys came out to supply and fit a new radiator for me, communication was great, they came when they said they would, did a great job and checked everything was working as it should. Left everything clean and tidy. Happy to recommend, will definitely use again.

I've used Gerad's team twice now. The first time to replace a toilet that was old and a little tricky, that other plumbers were less keen to do. The second to fix a leak under the bath in our tenants house in Bartley Green. Both times they arrived when they said they would, gave a fixed price for the repairs and did a quick and efficient job, as well as offering a video of the leak (as I wasn't there myself.) I'm very pleased, and they'll be my goto for all plumbing work. Trust and reliability makes a huge difference. Our tenant, a retired lady was very pleased by how friendly and efficient the two workmen were, and asked for their contact details so she could recommend them to her family.
