As a drainage company ourselves, we’ve been really impressed with the service from interceptor drains services. Gary kindly agreed to cover an emergency job for us in Brighton, and the client later called to say how polite he was and how clearly he explained the issue. With his knowledge and professionalism, Gary was able to clear the restaurant’s drain quickly, allowing them to continue trading without disruption. Thank you to Gary and Mitch for your support — much appreciated.
Within two hours, Gary sent his colleague Nathan, a very pleasant and customer oriented person, who with much imagination, skill and effort sucessfully unblocked and thoroughly cleaned a hard-to-access kitchen gulley.
Our company required a drain cover replaced at our premises due to excessive traffic use,Interceptor Drains Services called back with an hour to arrange a visit to fix/replace and also unblocked our ongoing drainage issue within our premises, v good service and would not hesitate to use this company again for private and commercial drainage issues. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.
I called this company and gary answered straight away. Gary and his partner gave a time and were prompt with time arrangements. I can only say they were brilliant with how they dealt with unblocking and explaining what had happened. I would definitely call them again. Thank you.
Gary was really helpful and charged a fair price. We had a drain cover collapsing on our driveway and needed the work done quickly and he came to us early so that it could be fitted in. Both he and his son really pleasant and really pleased with the job. Would definately recommend them.
I contacted Gary for a second opinion for a project. Although, he couldn't do it due to his schedule and my urgency. However, he gave me great recommendations which I am truly grateful. I really appreciated his honesty and passion for his work. I will contact him in the future for any plumbing works at my place. Highly recommended.
Gary was very responsive. He came to visit my drainage issue the same day. He let me know it was in fact an issue for Southern Water to deal with- and he didn't charge anything for the call out. Would highly recommend.
