If your looking for a professional, knowledgeable and reliable plumber I would recommend Jack The Plumber. We had a leaking toilet and found this site on Google, it was very easy to book, Jack came the next day with his colleague and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Not only that but Jack was able to quote and fix other plumbing issues we had at the same visit at very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.
Absolutely fantastic service, called out on a Saturday afternoon for a leaking radiator pipe, arrived within 30 minutes. Don’t a fantastic job, quick, clean and tidy work, both very professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for emergency plumbing repair. We will definitely use for all plumbing needs, emergency or not.
My telephone calls were answered very quickly. Jack came the same day to sort out the multitude of problems I had. He was friendly but professional and also explained exactly what he was looking at and doing. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
Jack and Craig responded same day to my call regarding the kitchen sink drainage pipe. Turned out it wasn’t as big a problem as I thought and they offered free advice and explanation. Jack could easily have still charged a call-out fee but, based on today’s experience, I wouldn’t hesitate calling for his services again as my lasting impression is that he’s reliable and trustworthy. My kitchen tap was loose and flopping around and I called Jack the Plumber have found his number on the Severn Trent wed site. He was quick to respond, arrived the same day and identified the problem. The fix was immediate. At my request he did a quick inspection and found a leak in my airing cupboard and that too was fixed in a very short space of time. I would certainly recommend Jack the Plumber for any plumbing job you may have.
