JWC Plumbing & Heating

I had a header tank leak late afternoon in the loft, water everywhere, Called JWC Plumbing and they arrived within the hour, identified the problem and installed new equipment as required, BRILLIANT.

Had a visit today from Steve because United utilities messed up simple job of installing a meter, Steve replaced our shower swiftly and he was an absolute gentleman and showed great customer service and all around friendly and a good demeanour! Give this man a raise!

Once again (sadly for me) - JWC to the rescue - this time not an exploding washing machine, small burst pipe, boiler screwed- (8 times i used them in this jinxed house in 10 years) ... this time...total house a write off after water burst while i was away this xmas - once i got word from my mum who popped in, that water was pouring down stairs, ceiling were down, and utter choas. first Call - the boys at JWC - whatsapp them also as sometimes faster - sad i know this as to many times i have problems. They were on the case in 90 minutes, - solved within under an hour, pipe fixed, and pressure tested, not that elc could go on again. even arranged an elect they have to come out - even got me pics.... sadly elec condemned. You want action, i cant say enough. EVERYTIME they come through for me. EVERYTIME - am gutted but happy i had them in my phone

James was so lovely and fixed our toilet leak within 2 hours of calling at 10 at night. 100% would use again and recommend!

The plumber arrive on time and was straight on to the problem no cups of tea involved fixed the pipe no problem great job but unfortunately we managed to put a screw through the new pipe while putting the flooring back down, they came back with in the hour and fixed it again a big thank to you guys.

I needed an emergency plumber due to a leak. Let down by another plumber, they sent someone within an hour and fixed the issue. Very friendly no mess, would use again.

Have used this company for a few years, sadly for me had to use them 3 times in the last 6 weeks. New Washing machine flooded downstairs (ao.com installed it badly), New diswasher plug went and burnt out due to badly fitted plug/earth loose (nothing to to do with JWC), toilet broke and radiator solder broke in one day. JWC is always on the case and in the flood there was guy here within 60 minutes. Very good service and for me very fair price for emergency call out work. THe guys that have arrived have all been very professional and kitted up. JWC even had all the damage report with full description and pictures to help me with the Ao.com claim in my email box before the plumber actually left, which looks like is going through. Thanks JWC
