Just wanted to say a very big thank you to this company for their excellent service from start to finish! We were really struggling to get a plumber to carry out the repair on the leaking, old stop tap in our cellar and with no way of turning the water off from outside! Other companies thought it was too risky to attempt a pipe freeze repair on a lead pipe. The water leakage was getting worse and after spending many hours on the phone over several days to both United utilities for advice and to 12 other plumbers, this company was our lucky number 13! This was the only company I contacted, that confirmed that they would be able to carry out the repair work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service. Thank you so much once again!

Operatives attended to carry out work on my leaking gutters. Overall good experience. They attended in a timely fashion, responded to remedial work promptly and carried out the job satisfactorily. Operatives were pleasant, respectful and cooperative. Lisa who books the appointments was exceptionally in her caring and competent approach. Responded to emails promptly and was the overriding factor that prompted me to do business with the company. Her telephone manner, cooperative spirit and overall attitude in responding to clients needs was exceptional. A very good business to do transactions with. Honestly, absolutely fantastic. They came to repair work that another company had done awfully. Their communication was excellent throughout, the work they've done is top-notch. Everyone I spoke to was sympathetic, informative, and absolutely professional. I'll use their services exclusively from now on.

Four reasons to be thoroughly satisfied with shower installation by MPHCO; (1) Prompt response and visit to advise on new shower enclosure and best means to proceed, (2) Thorough and comprehensive estimate detailing with all aspects of installation, (3) Date of installation and timetable carefully adhered to, (4) All of old shower installation, (tray, glass walls etc), together will all packing and other waste cleared and site left tidy. To sum up, Steve and his team did a good job at a reasonable price!

I was first introduced to these guys when my landlord was using them look after the boiler in the property we were renting. Because of the positive experience there when i needed a boiler installed for my own house they were the obvious choice. All of the staff are helpful and considerate when dealing with them and are flexible and understanding during the process of setting up a service/installation. When they do come to do a big install or piece of work. They turn up on time, are respectful and caring of your home and work at a high pace.
