Ilhan was simply incredible. We came back from holiday to find a leaking toilet. I contacted Near Plumber through TrustATrader and Ilhan rang me back within half an hour offering an appointment the next day. He called ahead of arriving and quickly showed and told me the extent of the problem. He never put pressure on to continue with his service, but he was so trustworthy and took the time to make sure I understood the work and parts required, (what was wrong and what he would correct) and held his work against his personal guarantee and high standards. He completed the work very quickly and again ran through the replacements, showed everything had resolved and was in working order. He was simply wonderful, polite, and friendly throughout. I couldn’t recommend him enough, a well explained and fair price with immaculate service. I will definitely enlist him again for any of my future plumbing needs :)

Just had the plumber round to do an emergency fix on a noisy toilet. He went above and beyond and explained everything so thoroughly and I didn’t feel like I was paying for work which didn’t need doing. He replaced everything and now it works which makes me very happy! Definitely someone I would recommend !
