Fatri ( Nela plumbing & Gas ) has helped me many times now to fix problems around the house. Very first job I called Fatri was an emergency ( I hammered a nail into a water pipe and downstairs was flooding ) Fatri was around in no time and sorted the problem straight away no dramas ! I now ask Fatri to come round for all problems with plumbing / boiler works. He recently installed a water softener which I’m very happy with. Fatri is a professional in his trade but what I like most is he’s very easy to talk to, I now just send him a what’s app detailing the problem and he gets back to me quickly. For example today I had a blocked pipe in the bathroom, I messaged Fatri at midday and the pipe was unblocked by 3pm , can’t ask for much more! My partner has a barber business and she now uses Fatri to sort problems in her shop. My Mum now asks Fatri to help her round her house when there’s problems. Very nice man, really friendly, always chats to my young boys when he comes round to sort something! Finally I have never had an issue with his prices. I will always recommend Nela plumbing & Gas . Called Nela plumbing services after discovering a pipe leak at approx 8 am for an emergency. He arrived quickly gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He did a great job at changing the pipe and was both professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.

I can’t recommend Fatri highly enough. He came out to look at my shower because I thought it was completely broken, and I was expecting a big repair. It turned out it was just the shower head that needed replacing — something much simpler than I realised. What really stood out was his honesty and kindness. He took the time to check everything properly, explained the issue clearly, and didn’t charge me a call out fee or to change the shower head as I already had one. That level of integrity is so rare to find. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
