Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended . I had a few people saying my boiler was "special" 😕 including British gas and that they found it difficult to service. Everyone said they can't service. These guys did the service and also showed me what the results meant. Thank you.

What a wonderful tradesman! Numan was fantastic. Polite friendly and so professional and courteous! He even found and corrected a fault from the previous tradesman. We will definitely be welcoming Numan into our home for all future work.

Numan arrived about 2 hours after we logged the issue. He diagnosed the problem straight away. It was nothing to do with the boiler so I cannot comment on the quality of work but in terms of promptness and efficiency, I would certainly recommend NI Gas, and we will be pleased to use them again.

Numan came today to fit are new cooker . Great job , nice and tidy afterwards . A real pro and gentleman . Would definitely recommend.

I contacted NI Gas & Plumbing Services as an emergency, and I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they responded. They were out to the property in no time and handled the situation efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was their preparedness—they arrived with the necessary parts already in their van, which meant the issue could be resolved there and then without any delays or return visits. I’ve used a number of gas companies in the past, but I’ve never experienced this level of speed and service. Highly recommended, especially if you need reliable help at short notice.
