The standard of the finished work draws consistent praise, whether that means restored heating, a leak stopped cleanly or a boiler fault diagnosed on the first visit. Tidiness after the job comes up as well, with one customer noting that the team left the property spotless. Politeness and a professional attitude towards tenants and homeowners alike feature in the accounts, and several people say they have called on the firm more than once for varied gas and plumbing work.
