Fantastic service and really quick response. Will definitely be recommending these guys. Edited - Mark came and saved my bacon when I somehow cracked a gas pipe whilst strimming. Arrived before Cadent had left, replaced the pipe section and cleared up. Excellent work :)

We had Mark over to replace two diverter valves on our condensing boiler system a number of weeks ago. He came over on the day of the call, within the hour of our call, which we appreciated but in hindsight should have been the first red flag. He was here a couple of hours and charged us £480 for two valves and labour, which seemed expensive but we paid it because we had no heating in the house. While he was here he identified another issue on the expansion tank which needed sorting so off he went, came back two days later with the parts. All good - charged us £240 for the privilege. It was around this time that I started to ask questions about the work he’d done and if there was anything else that we should have on our radar. He said on the face of it, all is good and reported no further issues with the system. 3 days later, we go out to the garage where the boiler system is and we have a flood of water. We identified two areas that were leaking - one on the expansion tank and another below the boiler. Neither had been touched on either visit by Mark, or so we thought, and neither parts were leaking prior to Mark’s visit. We gave Mark a call as soon as we spotted it, it was late and he was out playing darts. The man sounded a little hammered when he picked up the phone but we explained that we have parts leaking on our boiler that he’d been working on a couple of days prior and we need him to come and sort the issue. He said to drop him a message to make sure he comes out the following morning, which, both me and my partner did, he never came out, we rang and text several more times and received nothing back from Mark. We had another firm come out and assess the system and work carried out by Mark. All looked fine, apart from two nuts/bolts that had been loosened slightly which caused the flood. As stated, neither parts would need to be touched to complete the work carried out by Mark. They were here 20 minutes, tightened two bolts and left. We never heard anything back from Mark until I pushed him for a final invoice for the work he’s carried out, which he agreed to sort for us. This was 3/4 weeks ago. So, to surmise, we gave him an opportunity to come and sort the mess he’d created. He didn’t bother. We asked him several times for a final invoice, he never sent one over. Which leads us to believe he was at fault for the flooding and when we caught him, he went radio silent. I see he likes to bark back at people that leave him negative reviews so I hope you see this - we are reporting you to gas safety and the police. If you have Mark out to work on your property, watch the work that he does and do not leave him for a moment, he will try and screw you.

Had a slow leak for what must've been awhile, called 2 hours ago to ask for a quote. He thankfully was 10 minutes away and came to look, to my surprise he was able to not only quote me such a fair price but he came back after his next job and finished it within 2 hours of calling. Absolutely fantastic man, thankyou!

Mark was brilliant. Called on Friday as we had a problem with our boiler and he came the next morning (yes, a Saturday!!) and all fixed. Hot water and heating all working great. I hadn’t used the company before but went off all the amazing Google reviews. So pleased I did. Already talked about having them back when my boiler needs its service. Would highly recommend for any boiler/heating/gas problems. Thanks Mark!!

Great, friendly service. Informative throughout the work. Came out at exceptionally short notice on Boxing Day, quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler and repaired quickly. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

Saved Christmas! Came over and fixed an issue so last minute and was amazing! Sorted the issue, clearly knew what he was on about and was quick and professional! Couldn’t fault him one bit!

SCAM DO NOT BOOK!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! ESP WOMEN ENSURE A MALE IS HOME! Came to my house as the boiler went off. They rushed in tried to distract me end up disconnecting a load of stuff turned the pressure up boiler timer off and told me lies about it being disconnected from the ground. They was there for 5 minutes literally. I have been a skin for the report for over a week and no reply plus diverti by my calls. Good thing my husband was not home they found an opportunity to scam and do just so. I am in the process of filing a police report and reported them to trading standards. SCAMMING A WOMAN FOR £90 you are sad!
